I've looked, its not out of context and nothing actually contradicts the Fate Hax.

From what I can tell the justifications are Mogul stating he can't beat Sonic (which isn't even regarding Sonic himself and is just the Ancient Walkers specifically cursing Mogul to make sure he can't win no matter what)
And Eggman saying it in a deluded ramble before immediately saying afterwards that he could plan around it.
That and in a Sonic Universe issue where Silver travels to a dark future, he sees a dead Sonic on the wall, a Sonic who would likely have the same fate hax if it was real.

That Dark Mobius Sonic and the future king Sonic Eggman kills before becoming the Robotnik of Universe Prime, aren't the One True Sonic of the Multiverse Mogul and Eggman state they can't beat.

How is that 2-A? The worlds themselves would have to be Universe sized and actual Universes as opposed to dreams.

Where does this come from? I can only assume it comes from Aladdin's Chaos complaining about fate, since it's never once brought up in MLP.

Nah, they used to scale to that, but now it only applies to the Magic of Friendship and people who scale to them, AKA the God Tiers (Discord doesn't count, he's just a top tier).

I've seen Elixir and the other Archie Sonic guys debunk this more times than I can count. Your best argument is the dark Mobius thing and even then there's nothing contradicting every Sonic besides Sonic Prime just dying if they branch of from the prime timeline at an unopportune time. Archie is really dark if you think about it lol.
