Only if it is a stomp, which this is not. Sonic could still potentially win via normal fighting, Sela just has many counters.

So Sela needs to act OOC for Sonic to win? It's not a valid wincon.

...no? Sonic can still win while they are both in-character, Sonic just has to plan their moves carefully to win

I never said anything about being out of character, in fact this is till very well in character.
Sela is a defensive fighter who prefers to wait for an opportunity to counterattack. Sonic needs to act carefully, otherwise he may risk a counterattack from Sela.
But he still has the capacity to physically defeat her still, as long as he is careful enough, but Sela still outmatches him in pretty much everything else.
