Eru. He's above Melkor, who is stronger than all 14 valar at once, each of which is universe level.

hmmm I say Arceus due to the fact that Arceus casually curbstomps 3 extremely casual High End Universe level+ characters. And from what I see Eru's hax doesn't seem to be able to do much to Arceus who has most if not all the same hax.

Eru is incorpreal, and casually sung 14 valar (Each of which is Low 2-C) into existence. Eru takes this very easily.
