Sigh. Arceus' true form (the Heart/Original Spirit) does not use the Plates at all.
 
It is not fine to restrict abilities in a versus matchup, implicitly or expressly. Matches that are arranged this way should not be added to the character profiles, as they don't involve their full potential, and are only intended for casual entertainment. An exception would be if the restricted ability/technique has a separate tier from the main one, and is one the character can consciously restrict themselves from using. In this case, the match can be added. The match can also be added if Optional Equipments such as optional power-ups and items are restricted, or if the ability being restricted is indexed after a "Likely" or "Possibly" conditional.

Plates aren't in optional equipment, so you can't restrict any of those anyway.

Ok well anyways yeah the Plates are one of Arceus’ creation and true form Arceus IS all of creation so he should have them/their powers
 
Arceus is 5D, his hax will scale to it but unless GF does something much crazier for Arceus, he's just that, baseline

Anyway what does Enerjak start with.
 
MB Arceus when it got bumped to Tier 1, but the layers of hax it has in 4D are no more.

So 4D Power Nullification and Resistances. Because the 5D True Form has not shown these powers or resisted these powers on a 5D level.
 
Keep repeating this all you want, doesn't change that isn't how this works.

5D* because the True Form obviously outclasses all it’s avatars hax on a dimensional level, could you imagine a match between True Form Arceus and say Dialga and we were saying “well the time hax are both 4-D/Equal…” it’s dumb
 
The burden of proof is on you here. You don't get a jump in dimensional level on the hax you get from upscaling just because it "dumb" that the hax it gets from upscaling from Dialga isn't any different to when Dialga itself uses it. That isn’t how the Wiki works.
 
He gets bumped to 5D because the plates, which mind you, is where ALL Pokemon powers come from, are merely insignificant fragments of his being

He scales far above that, In 5D realm, with 5D Power
 
Your arguments would make sense if Arceus is still 4D in existence and has just Low 1-C AP, or if its 5D existence is not superior to 4D.

But in this case is 5D with also superiority, so anything it has is baseline simply for the reason any 3D being has 3D haxes at minimum.
 
The Plates had little to nothing to do with it's upgrade besides maybe some text inscribed on them being some form of supportive evidence. It created them and the Plates giving them powers is why it gain their abilities from upscaling, does not mean said same abilities are on it's level.


A character being 5D or 4D so everything it has is 5D or 4D is a common misconception on this Wiki. It's not true, you still need proof that stuff it gains through upscaling and the like are on it's level.
 
Once again. You have it the wrong way around. You have to show me where this assumption you all have is in the rules.

That a 5D being simply having a abilities makes it's 5D.

Edit: Bit of an oversimplification, if the 5D being is shown having using the ability itself then we don't have to look too deep into. But if the ability is gained through upscaling and is never actively used by the 5D entity. Then yes.
 
Because as explained before, the 4D powers of all Pokémon are just the chicken change of the 5D Supreme being

Of which the Encompassing Deity being 5D would use at his level
 
Has it ever used these abilities itself? You have any feats of it using them?
