Arceus speed upgrade?

@Breloom Care to explain then how the player hold all Arceus's plates and that he can change types? In any case he was in "Complete" form the entire time. Still game mechanic including the fact the Player can capture him.

Arceus' plates don't give him substantial increase in strength like the movie. Capturing Arceus is obviously PIS.

@Breloom There is taking in consideration we are using game stats and levels as well which are purely game mechanics so we don't know for sure if that is true or not.

I guess that makes sense, since Arceus has very little involvement in the game's story, we would have to wait on a gen 4 remake.

@Bre I have doubts they will remake Gen 4 as they did make these games around late 2000s. We talking 2007-2009 here.

Im alright with Type 4 immortality to Arceus. However, would he qualify for Immesurable speed in Incomplete form? Remember that the creation trio has this rating while unsealed, which means that Arceus would be at unsealed trio level while incomplete (why? because this is a matter of surpassing, if Arceus surpassed the concept of time in base, he should be above even Unsealed dialga). I'm not that sure on that one.

On closer inspection, the method you suggest for upgrading arceus' stats doesn't seem to be valid, you're mixing up multiple canon versions of himself and reaching the conclusion that just because he surpasses his creations he must also surpass their speed by an infinite degree, that's not how it works and Arceus could be just marginally faster than them and still be superior.
But the main issue lies with the fact that most depictions of arceus in multiple canons don't even bother making a distinction of his incomplete and complete forms like we do, the only time we see his alleged incomplete form he doesn't showcase speed that would make him infinitely higher than the creation trio.

@Aguila Going by the movie version, it was his incomplete form that petty much was bloodlusted and supposedly been betrayed by the guy who did not give back the jewel of life which he was shown put some of the plates in that jewel. However it is possible that if we using the movie and cinematic timing since it was a audio-visual work, the fight was still visible to the audience as I remember on how that fight goes.
