i would like to point out Arata already copied time manipulation so i doubt he needs lieselotte's help and i don't think Ragna is resistant or immune to matter manipulation

Energy equalized? U wot?
Blazblue already has magic and it's explicitly a seperate thing from Seithr, most drives, weapons based solely on weird anime science, et cetera. If his opponent's whole thing is being anti-magic that's setting Ragna up to lose a fight he'd already have a pretty hard time winning from the get-go (at least form what I see, the guy looks pretty haxxed). Not that it really matters, given the IDEA Engine's whole purpose is to shut down that sort of meddling, that detail really rubs me the wrong way.
