Goriath upscales from about 2 yottatons, while Goku is around 13 yottatons, giving him a significantly large ap and dura advantage, which I don't think can be reached through his rage power.
Goku also is much more skilled than Goriath, and possesses his own arguably better energy attacks. Ki sensing and enhanced senses are also something useful.
I think this is a stomp, but if not then I vote Goku.

I think it becomes more fair, but not a speedblitz.
This because, despite Goriath being much faster than Goku, the latter is still extremely more skilled in combat, and has analytical prediction, enhanced senses and extrasensory perception to keep track of and tag Goriath.
That added to Goku's large advantage in ap and dura should, imho, allow him to defeat the monke.
Goku would also be more serious once he notices to be in disadvantage, and a move like Solar Flare would allow him to stun Goriath and deliver a powerful Kamehameha or rush on him with a physical combination.
Does BoZ Goku know how to fly? I don't think, but if yes, than that's another good advantage.
