I was musing about the tiering system when a thought struck me. Let's say an advanced alien race developed time manipulating technology. They start using it to their leisure until beings from the 4th dimension tell them to knock it off because it's literally distorting their reality. Would this have a tier attached to it or would it just be really potent hax?
