Any tips for making a Cosmology blog?

I haven't made a format for a cosmology blog yet myself, but essentially what I would recommend is pictures to give a sense of what concepts you are trying to formulate, an in-depth explanation of each of the "layers," of complexity that exist in your verse, and the significance of what each of those "layers," represent. Referencing how characters relate to such layers might be helpful as well if your verse contains rather high tiers (3 through 1)

I don't have a problem with that I made my story a long time ago however I did change it somewhat to fit this site better.

When I read it it feels like I'm going through walls of text how can I try to fix that?

Be selective with your words and make a better sentence or simply things. There isn't much you can do, making cosmologies is typical likes this and its common to see walls of text like virtually everything on this wikia. Unless you can make a pretty decent graphic about your cosmology or what I recommended above there really isn't a way around writing paragraphs.
