This is essentially a Genji better ohko otherwise he's gonna have one he'll of a bad time. Plus Anubus has phasing and essentially choose what to cut. Genji if he goes straight for the kill, otherwise no.

Because Anubis has reactive evolution, a tech will only work once before it learns a couter, plus phasing would still pose a threat if every singke swird slash can bypoass armor, his own sword plus his armor, etc
Genji w ould need to ohko at the start otherwise all his moves would get countered on top of skne bonus hax.
