Antimatter Question

So this character is completely made up of antimatter yet despite this, they can consistently physically interact with matter-based objects without getting themselves or the object destroyed. Would this mean the antimatter character gets resistance to Matter Manipulation from being able to touch objects without getting themselves annihilated?

They could just be made from the kind of antimatter that doesn't annihilate with electrons, protons and neutrons.
(Or would not annihilating with electrons be enough, since nuclei don't touch? Idk.)

Couldn't you say the same with Resistence to Anti Matter Manipulation
Also the Positrons and Electrons should annihilate each other if two atoms (one Antimatter, one normal matter) come into contact (don't know enough to say for certain)
