Another tier 7 Spider-Man feat/Possible Spider-Man upgrade

So this feat has Spider-Man surviving a mountain explosion https://m.imgur.com/gallery/NGnq8

It happened in Web of Spider-Man #17 and it's stated in the issue it states that the mountain is a Appalachian mountain

as you can see here http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Web_of_Spider-Man_Vol_1_17

In the first link it also states that the Appalachian mountains their referring to are located in Virginia so we'd have to scale off some of those mountains. So if any of the outcomes are town level and are higher than Spider-Man current rating he should upgraded right. What do you guys think?

You'd have to figure out Spider-Man's distance from the center of the explosion, and the size of the explosion itself, too.

Well his upper body had just made it out of the mountain when explosion went off so if the explosion happened in the center of the mountain Spider-Man was likely half the width of mountain away from the explosion.

Since The explosion was able to it and go past Spider-Man who was at the edge of the base of the mountain so the explosions width should be at least equal to the mountains bases width.
