I think Clairvoyance for Base Sonic via Power Rings is the only thing you missed, Dark.

Since this is still open, I have a few more things to add to Base Sonic and one thing for Super Sonic.

The first scan shows him dropping down and knocking several people away. It would give him Vibration Manipulation, akin to Game Sonic's stomp move.

The second is straightforward as well, which shows Sonic creating a ring of fire around the badniks and melting the asphalt to trap them. It would give him Fire Manipulation.

The third shows him heating sand to glass to trap Chaos, and would give him Heat Manipulation.

The fourth scan shows Super Sonic against Perfect Chaos, displaying Forcefield Creation.

I'm not sure if the first scan is Pre-Genesis, but its Vibration Manipulation, the second and fourth are fine, the third is based from producing heat from running too much.

The part with Vibration Manipulation takes place in issue 218, so I'm pretty sure it's Pre-Genisis.
