Due to the latest chapter (Chapter 42), Human Kafka should get a 'far higher with Partial Transformation" for Kafka's human's key since it increases his speed and strength but not to the level of his Kaiju Form.

And that's not all. I have more abilities I want to add:

Resistance to Possession for Human Kafka: Regain back control over his body from Kaiju No. 8 through sheer willpower

Information Analysis for Mina Ashiro: Her Visor not only amplify her vision but help her analyze targets and perform calculations to help prepare her shots from a distance.

Enhanced Sight for Kaiju Kafka: Could see from a far distance in the air that Reno and Iharu were being rescued by other Defense Force Officers

I agree, but since we are adding the Partial Transformation we need to remove the subsonic feat for the base, since in the feat Kafka transformed part of his body

Well wouldn't Human Kafka have to react to the bullets first since he was caught off guard by Isao surprise attack of shooting at him before having to then quickly assume his power to partial transform his arm.

If that doesn't work, then most of the casts that aren't scaling to Supersonic would be downgraded to Unknown since unlike 55% Kikoru who have a Superhuman speed feat, we don't have a calculation for Human Kafka, Reno and the others to scales to.

Well wouldn't Human Kafka have to react to the bullets first since he was caught off guard by Isao surprise attack of shooting at him before having to then quickly assume his power to partial transform his arm.

I mean, Kafka realized that Shinomiya was going to shoot before he pulled the trigger. He had time to transform himself

If that doesn't work, then most of the casts that aren't scaling to Supersonic would be downgraded to Unknown since unlike 55% Kikoru who have a Superhuman speed feat, we don't have a calculation for Human Kafka, Reno and the others to scales to.

We can add baseline superhuman speed until there is some feat

Agree with this.

About the partial transformation and the speed thing, 46% or 55% Kikoru probably still scales to it since that last chapter could outspeed the Kaiju that kept up with partially transformed Kafka’s speed.
Not sure on the rest though.

Alright, I done a quick draft on what the new speed rating would be if the Subsonic feat is for PT Kafka:-

EDIT: Since most of speed calcs have use Superhuman reactions, I think Superhuman is a good baseline

• Kafka Hibino

Speed: Superhuman (The Defense Force Suit accordingly augments the wearer's physical attributes like strength, speed, precision, and reflexes beyond that of a normal human's capabilities), up to Subsonic with Partial Transformation (Can react to bullet at this speed. Even when not fully transformed, Kafka was able to run at great speeds, with it being noticeable enough to stunned even Soshiro)

• Kikoru Shinomiya

Speed: At least Superhuman (Quickly vanishes into the distance, 8% Reno, 18% Haruichi, 14% Iharu, and 15% Aoi unable to keep up. She appears to travel several blocks in a short time frame) with Supersonic reactions (Perceived No. 9's blasts' preparatory movement and managed to focus her shield on a single point quick enough to avoid a fatal injury) | At least Superhuman (Far superior to the speed of her 46%. Can move this fast) with Supersonic reactions

• Kaiju No. 9

Speed: Subsonic (Can move this fast) with Supersonic combat speed and reactions (Can block a bullet at this speed)

• Kaiju No. 10

Speed: Subsonic (Can move this fast) with Supersonic reactions (Should be faster than 55% Kikoru) | Subsonic with Supersonic reactions (Should not be slower than before)

Key: Base | Giant

• Soshiro Hoshina

Speed: Subsonic (At an unknown level, he can casually move at these speed and, while weakened, could react to and dodge attacks from Giant Kaiju No. 10 for a brief moment, thus he should be much faster when at 63%) with Supersonic reactions (55% Kikoru stated that he was far faster than her) | Supersonic (Can move this fast. Stated to be way faster than Kaiju No. 9)

Key: 63% | 92%

• Reno, Iharu and Haruichi

Speed: Superhuman (The Defense Force Suit accordingly augments the wearer's physical attributes like strength, speed, precision, and reflexes beyond that of a normal human's capabilities)

Should characters with Defense Force Suit get a ”higher” with Forcefield to their Durability. One example being is with Kikoru as by her concentrating her Forcefield, she was able to stop an attack that would have pierced her heart
