I think that given Johnny’s vast arsenal, it would take quite a bit for him to even get to the time-stop invention, considering he has to actually get it out and use it for it to work, whereas Akko’s jewelry is already worn by her and she already has her two wands equipped.
Considering he starts in Johnny X, I think his first method of attack would be physical. Taking IC into account, he would probably go for the cool factor of beating up his opponent with his superhero abilities, whereas Akko starts with hax to begin with due to the nature of her spells. Just one wave is all it takes for her to counter and since his AP is inferior to Akko’s Dura, his second option, being hax, would come too late and she would have already transmutated him into an ant.
