So, I was looking through Dilaga and Palkia's profiles. And both of them have concept manipulation for controlling space or time to a high degree. Because of this, it's possible for Chronoa to have concept manipulation as well. Here is how much she controls time

Dialga and Palkia control space and time on a conceptual level. This is not at all comparable. Hell, most of this is really basic time manipulation.

Stuff like seeing through timelines, time traveling, freezing time and sending things through time is extremely basic.

I believe Dialga and Palkia has conceptual control over space and time is because they ARE space and time themselves.

This is all pretty impressive displays of Time Manipulation, but Chronoa is never actively messing with the underlying concept of what time is, in these instances. So, I think not.

Even if she can attack with the power of all of time? And fusing time in general? She also has either showings such as putting space and time into scrolls thus creating a point in history. There's also the fact that if she dies, time-space/history crumbles with her, would that count for something?

Just notable Time Manipulation feats, I think. Conceptual Manipulation is like, actually using or manipulating the concept of time itself, not merely the actual substance.

Idk.... .Attacking/judging people with the power of time, changing the natural flow of time, fusing time (up to intepreation), time depending on you to remain stable sounds a lot more powerful than normal time manipulation to me. But okay Edit: Question. Would being the embodiment of time count towards any specific ability?
