thats not an answer to the problem, i asked where did the ''standard'' comes from? is it just like ''because i think so''?
From the description of type 9 and Avatar creation and all of the Arceus apperance are his avatars he can simply make them appear anywhere

Arceus Avatar leads with regular attacks in character, such as Judgement or Flametrower tbh. What does Anos lead with instead?

No, but Anos mind is in his source, which is NEP 2, and to affect NEP 2, u need feats
Yes and no, his mind is not in his source, what is true is that to affect Anos completely you have to be able to affect his source, as happened in the novel when one dude tried to mindhax him, but as the opponent could not affect his source, Anos gained resistance to that mindhax and could not affect him again. To sum up, Anos does not depend on his mind, body or soul, since his concept is his source, since only with it he can gain resistance to everything that tries to affect his body, soul or mind.

I know, I am going with this

''Unconventional Resistance to Soul Manipulation & Mind Manipulation (Good magicians can keep their memories at their source, which is the basic concept of existence that exists beyond the body, soul and mind, and even if their body perishes, as long as their source is intact, they can be revived. In other words, they can "think" with their source (concept) and thus have unconventional resistance to abilities that affect the soul or mind)''

A good couple with his RE

Reactive Evolution (The same power doesn't work on him twice. Anos is able to move his source out of and back into his body even while incapacitated, allowing him to adapt to abilities which are actively affecting him)

He has his reactive evolution, actually, what the antimatter does?
Basically can trap dudes which are physically 2-B in a "cage" of anti-matter around them but unconscious. Think about being completely frozen in a cube of ice, only that is anti matter.
