I'm not knowledgeable on Yang Qi but I know some things from his previous match.
Yang Qi currently has the second strongest Ap (9.295353e+135 joules) on wiki behind the Phoenix.
Mind Hax scales to sextillions. Soul Hax scales to billions upon billions.
Seems he can attack you and everything connected to your existence.
Idk more on him.

Actually, slight problem. Read the quote for the eyes again, they only nulled the Fate that had been put on Anos with his Nature of being beyond Principles and Reason. The eyes didn't kill the person, Anos used Bebbzud to do that.

The one who created the profile is Inactive for Yang Qi so we can just either put Arnos as the winner or go the old neat way and analyze the profile ourselves.

Well, at that stage of the profile, it's up to the realm of Dao Demolisher, who can strike at higher levels as Buddha Godmyth and Chaos Godmyth.

Besides, it exists outside of Fate itself, it is impossible to see its past and future, and it was claimed that clairvoyance or divination abilities could not work with it. Well, later in the story it was stated that he had no father or mother, he was born of the void itself. It is not explicitly stated, but I suppose by "void" they mean primordial chaos, where the concepts of: time, fate, karma return to nothingness itself.
