Animal Crossing Villager's Power after New Horizons?

While The Villager isn't THE strongest, 9-B is a massive understatement in terms of power. The Villager can now carry 40 fully grown Cedar Trees or even 40 Whales with no effort on their end, has abilities that a 9-B shouldn't be able to have such as time travel and as of New Horizons has the ability to create or destroy mountains through terramorphing, and further powers up their potential power with fruit. Wands were also introduced which can allow the villager to switch clothing out for armor or other things for added defense. On top of that, Villager can transmutate anything they can get their hands on into hundreds of different items.

The Villager is also extremely fast and athletic, being able to traverse towns and islands alike in seconds and can deforest a Bamboo forest in minutes with an axe or uprooting the trees. The Stamina of the villager seems to be infinite because they can have an entire day and night like this without tiring and things like tarantula poisoning and swarms of wasps only mildly inconvenience them. Villager may also have some control over animals due to being able to hold them and carry them with no effort.

The Villager is far beyond 9-B despite their appearance and carefree life style, far beyond the Wall level it's been given and any living or extinct creatures.

What is Villager's true power? Would all Human Villagers have this unknown poqer or just the New Horizons iteration?
