I was looking at some stuff, and several characters have all been said to be the angriest anyone ever as been. (Knowledge on characters required, not just looking at the wiki pages)

Also you mean how strong character became with rage or what they did

Depends on the character. For some, power is a measure of anger, like the Hulk. But I want to judge both of those, both what they did and their strength.

Takato from Digimon also almost destroyed two universes from his anger, sorta. That's pretty bad.

Don't know about angriest, but Angro got so angry that he warped reality, caused blood to appear out of nowhere on his ship, made his already insane legion go even more insane, died, and became a daemon literally made of anger and bloodlust.
