It's tiering should be High 1-B. Reasons being -

He's a Greater Daemon of Khorne.

He's Khorne's favoured Son.

He's the general of the Bloosthristers who should all be High 1- B being on the same level of existence as Skarband.

One of his titles is literally "Guardian of the Throne of Skulls" which is literally the throne Khorne sits on.

He's Skarbands replacement so it wouldn't make sense for him to be incomprehensbly weaker than him.

I don't think he has any feats and just being a powerful Greater Daemon in the Warp should qualify.

No he doesn't have any feats within the Warp. In the materium his feats he's always beaten by some bullshit.

I agree though being a powerful Greater Daemon especially possibly Khorne's most powerful although that's up for debate between him and Ka'Bandha. He should be High 1-B.

Wasn't Skarbrand an anomaly even among the bloodthirsters, given that he actually damaged Khorne's manifestation a tiny bit? I don't think that would scale absolutely every bloodthirster's default state to High 1-B.

I could see 1-B for him though.

That doesn't make the others 1-B though. Skarband was the general who led the Bloodthirsters into battle against other Gods' forces. They would have to be on the same level of existence it wouldn't make sense for a general who is beyond incomprehensibly bigger than his soliders to be described as leading them in the front lines.
