Angel's AP

So, I am a little confused on the scaling and the tier for the Angel's.
They are 7-C for being able to obliterate a town, that's fine. The weird part for me, is the inclusion of Hael's feat in the mix, and that they are still at 7-C.
So the Hael feat was calculated here, and we apparently accept the calculation because it is present on Uriel's profile.
However, the Calc in question is 352.96 kilotons of TNT at a low end, or High 7-C. So why are the higher-tier Angel's still listed as plain old 7-C?

What to do here:
Decide whether or not the calc is useable.
Figure out where the Angel's currently scale, and which end of the calc to use.

Most likely was using an older scaling that we had before the tierings got revised. Honestly Supernatural as a whole needs some revisions.

I know I'm a little late, but we actually agreed to drop the feat almost a year ago due to how vague the timeframe is.

Leaving it on Uriel's profile was simply a mistake, so I'll fix it.
