His Lightning and Fire could both pose a major problem for Angel, and his Danmaku could quickly overwhelm her Aura.

simply put, the only way I can see Angel winning is through making her webs contact DB to make him go insane. Of course if it wasn't restricted Insanebolt would be a thing, but even if Angel does succeed, it's a slow process until DB goes insane. So that makes DB have a time limit, but with the overwhelming AP advantage and the fact that Angel has less room to dodge because of her OWN CAGE... DB Wins

Also note that her webs in the cage are on the FLOOR. All DB has to do to avoid it fly like usual
