Round 1 would go to 18 via speed blitzing (FTL+ to FTL).
Round 2 goes to Asura for Cropfist's reasoning. If it wasn't Asura, 18's limitless stamina would prove a great asset, but he has shown monstrous stamina shown when he fought Oni for 400 years straight.
