Andrew Garfield Spider Man vs Scott Pilgrim

I'm going with Scott. Yes SM has webs and the lifting strength to incapitate Scott. However, in a willing to kill scenario (and even just in character) SM won't go for the restraint starught away, and he will try to attack Scott.

This is absolutely the worst thing Garfield Spidey can do, because even if he avoids some hits, Scott has the skill to hit once and one hit will serverly cripple Spidey due to the AP difference, even in their 9-B forms.

Scott takes it

How do we know that webbing won't be a first option when killing? When he was tracking down Ben's killer as Spider-Man (in the actual suit) he humilated a guy by webbing him up, even covering areas where he could breath before he checked if he was the killer.

Because that was a personal vendetta. He humiliated the guy because he was hurting. There's zero reason why Spider-Man would lead with it here. This isn't to say he wouldn't do it, but it's much more likely he goes to attack Scott and Scott beats him down

I dunno. It was personal, but at the end of the day, that was him fully willing to kill. Gonna vote TASM for incapacitation.

Yeah. He fully wanted to kill the guy because he had a personal issue with him. Here, he doesn't have that issue, he wants to kill but he only tied the killer up at all because he also needed to check that it WAS him

But agree to disagree I guess

Yep. So it's 7-1

Now we have a grace period of 24 hours. If Spidey gets within 3 votes or better the grace ends. Otherwise at the end of the 24 hours after the last vote, we add the match
