Yeah as it turns out resisting an entire school of magic/damage, including some ludicrous poison/disease(Pufferfish and Bubonic Plague are fodder shit that can't even kill the 9-Bs in WoW), gives you a list of resistances.

You're implying he immediately goes for Planetary destruction, which he wouldn't and wouldn't get mind raped by Malakai's dementation abilities, or wouldn't get completely power nulled by an illusion turned real, or being thrown into another Universe with no way out.

Perception Manipulation and Memory Manipulation: The vampire can make her victim feel totally disoriented just by looking him in the eye and talking to him. The victim will be aware of only bits and pieces of his memories. He will constantly feel confused and wander around in a daze.



Madness Manipulation (Type 2): The Malkavians have mastered their own insanity as to not appear as a target, but for the Masters of Dementation, the vampire may overwhelm their victim with insanity, shattering their conscious mind and warping their personality to serve the whims of madness.


Summoning: The Vampire can tap into the Web of Madness, to which all Malkavians are connected to and summon them to their location, calling to them from across the cosmos to even unknown worlds.

Logic Manipulation & Madness Manipulation (Type 3): By speaking a Truth beyond Truth, the Vampire stains the person with an insanity they can never recover from.

Mind Manipulation: The vampire can manipulate another's mind and force the victim's personality to become exactly the same as their own. The victim also gains any Derangements or other mental problems the vampire possesses.



Morality Manipulation: By staring into the eyes of their target, the Vampire rends at the deep-seated aspects of a person's morality, altering personality on the deepest level — a victim’s memories remain intact, but their outlook on life fundamentally changes in response to a crisis of faith.

Limited Conceptual Manipulation: The Vampire wrecks a victim’s very sense of reality. She changes one fundamental truth for the victim, and the victim cannot fathom a world in which that false reality is challenged or untrue. When the victim hears something which contradicts that truth, they are physically harmed by the struggle to deny the "Falsehood".

Statistics Reduction: By using Mind of a Child, the Vampire can lower the target's intellect, Wits and Perception abilities to the level of a Child, effectively incapacitating them. Additionally, using "Mind of a Killer" the vampire can alter the mind of the victim, making her a cold-blooded killer who places no value on life. If the victim is offended in any way by anyone, even loved ones, the victim murders that individual, whether with a complex plan or simply a machete.

Resistance to Perception Manipulation, Morality Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Mind Manipulation, Power Modification: A character who possesses this power is incapable of viewing falsehoods. This means that the character is unaffected by any Obfuscate or Chimerstry powers below Level Nine



Existence Erasure, Transmutation, Creation and Reality Warping: The Vampire can directly adjust or create real objects or creatures, although the effect only lasts for a short duration. A vampire with this power can alter the substance of a sword, making it soft and useless, or transform water in a fountain into a fine mist. Though it is much harder, a vampire could even use this power to force an object out of existence by converting it into air, leaving behind no trace of its former reality.

Perception Manipulation, Power Nullification: The Vampire denies the target's access to all five senses. For the duration of the effect the target cannot see, hear, smell, taste or feel anything.
