This of course assumed by "views as fiction" you mean viewing as spatially flat, like how we view 2D stuff.

Because there's no indication that it can view a 4-D structure in it's totally as flat. Viewing timelines as such is not the same as what you're going for.

It percieves time as anything else would, indicating it being bound to that level. It would have to be able to percieve it in it's totality all at once, and view it as flat or have some other indication of total transcendence. It's probably fine where it is.

You definitely can't assume that. This sort of stuff generally needs to be pretty explicit to get accepted, with as few assumptions as possible.

Doubtful. It's listed feats are it creating timelines, which is decidedly 4-D without anything else to go off of. It is more likely to be 4-D via viewing the otherwise 3-D simsverse as flat/fictional/whatever you say.
