I was going to make a silly story about the Player ending up in Murphytown and yelling "COOL IT!" at Murphy, but the fact that the DRtC travel route is litterally on the opposite side of the country kinda screws it up.

Fight takes place in a Yall-Mart
The Player is armed with a Gladius, Uzi, and Red Robot. They have the Irritating trait and the Shield of Hope perk.
Satan has his regular equipment and 20 hybrids to back him up.
Speed Equal

Satan (Upscales from M67 Grenade Explosions): 4 (ShionAH, CrackerVolley, Atorimachi_Meteorcraft, jojo)
Dingus (156kj, but can also scale to genade explosions): 1 (DMUA)

Battle Theme

1. Ok, fair point
2. He has the red robot to defend for him, I doubt the zombies are remotely as strong as the main combatants, and the Uzi can shred through them. 180 rounds w/out reloading is kinda nuts.
3. The trait description says "Keeps going through sheer willpower!". It basically protects them from dying to a finishing blow, but the morale stat (which is what apparently powrers it) is deducted heavily each use, so its usually 1-2 use power in the best of circumstances.

Ok... what's 10k best feat? I just looked in the Z-nation wiki and killing >1000 zombies is alright prior to the start of the series, but I need a point of reference for how good they are in mid/close range

I was trying to find the feats lol also he killed 9000+ zombies in the series (His goal was 10k like his name but the show was cancelled before he could reach his goal)

10K is INSANE at shooting since he can do even stupid shots that should be impossible. Heres a few examples showing how skilled 10k is 1. 2. 3. (Reactions 4.) (Did this missing a arm as far as I remember 5. 6.)

He also never missed a shot in the series until he lost his arm. Plus he once shot a bullet through docs hair to a tree that bounced the bullet away to another tree which bounced the bullet to kill 2 zombies through their heads

The zombies scale above doctor and below murphy so

Oh I see. What if Murphy jumps and bites them when they have the shield thinking they are safe?

Ok for the zombies, I would say it's not that big of a deal. The Uzi usually only needs one or two bullets each to completely destroy DRtC zombies, which I would say are comparable in AP/durability to the Player, although Z-nation zombies do seem a bit faster.

As for close range, the Player usually tries to keep zombies and people out at arm's length, and would usually try not to get hit at all since healing items are rare to find.

There's also the Red Robot I gave him to summon that will stick around for a few in-game hours who uses Kung-Fu, and judging by the fact that the other character that knows and teaches Kung Fu is a parody of Bruce Lee, I am inclined to say that the robot is probably(?) good at using it.

What's Murphy's close range skill like?

Huh. I would say it's alright, but The Player still sorta scales in skill to martial artists and people well trained in medieval style fencing. Alongside the fact that Alvin would be fighting 2v1 up close makes me argue that Player wins up close.

Alvin still has his zombies though. Its a 21v2 isnt it?

Right. I guess I was a little bit under the impression that Murphy would try to fight close range only after all of his zombies where shot down.

Is that a reasonable thing to assume of him or has there been times where he's ran in right behind his hybrids?

He doesnt like doing the dirty work. He probably sends the hybrids while shooting to support them and when he sees all of them dead he either tries to use Social Influence to trick and get out of the situation or just...go feral on the opponent

Yeah in that case, I would argue close quarters goes to the Player while the firefight goes to Murphy then.

Let's talk about Social Influencing now then, since a lot of DRtC events actually do involve negotiation and stuff and it would be funny to see Murphy go feral after being told to "COOL IT!"

Murphy would probably cheat the entire verse then trick his own team then trick a few dozen gangs and then build a empire on lies then just dissappears causing chaos behind him LOL

Sounds crazy and overexaggerated at face value but I'm willing to believe it if you can back it up with evidence.

He did trick his own team several times to the point where I cannot list them.
In s3 I believe the entire continent was after him and he was able to hide and trick everyone
In s3s end he makes his own empire (Murphy Town)
In s4 he escapes the empire and causes a big chaos behind him and then opens a casino
The casino fails and causes more chaos and Murphy...escapes once again.
Then he finds the cure to the zombie virus and then the rest is up to the viewers perceptive. He either saves the world or uses it in a evil way.

Do you of any other Z-nation fans that could give specific annecdotes about his SI strength? No pressure if you cant find anything. I'll just give you the benefit of the doubt.

The only other "supporter" made the profile and dipped. The profile he made was kinda shit too (no offense) so sadly I cannot provide you that. He did talk down 2 insane people that were extremely unstable

I guess the last thing I want to know before being convinced on if Murphy wins more often than not is how the negotiation scenario will play out.
From what you mentioned before about Murphy going feral and what I talked about involving an uncharged "Cool It"*, it could lead back to CQC where the Player has the upper hand.
I could very easily see Murphy abusing SI, but he would have to be very careful with appealling to the Player, whose mani goal is to reach the Canadian border.

*Using "Cool It" the third time during a journey actually will usually lead to a beneficial scenario in-game except for using on a witch, who will misinterpret the phrase. Neither or these elements are relavent in this fight but I digress.

Murphy likes to use his status. I assume they are in a zombie verse right? He will probably do something like "Hey here lets make a deal. If you let me bite you, you will become a hybrid like me and zombies wont attack you." or something about how he is the last resort for humanity and stuff
