Well, as this is bloodlusted, Mr. Krabs can just decapitate Squidwards with his claws.

Squidward lacks anything offensive that´s effective to deal with Mr. Krabs, except filling his eyes with ink to can prepare his clarinet to annoy him or something like that.

Voting for Mr. Krabs for the before mentioned reasons.

Mr. Krabs when bloodlusted isn't afraid to throw down in a fight. Also, this is in the Krusty Krab, so he has a home advantage.

Squidward's bad luck should also play against him, and since Mr. Krabs is also sort of lucky, he could effortlessly knock Squidward out, or even kill him.

In other words, Mr. Krabs takes it.

Well, Squidward can use his clarinet to distract him while also annnoy him. it can even drive him crazy, allowing Squidward to do this.
