What about the Quirks from the Nomu? It does come from All For One after all, and it is quite a powerful arsenal(Although, I guess we have to wait what the other High-End Nomu's Quirk since that would also increase his arsenal).

He could do it, but Pica is hard to find even to someone like Zoro who has a sharp perception and has basic use of Observation Haki to detect presences.
