All Purpose Dragon Ball Thread

I mean, as long as the CRTs aren't baseless (or manipulating translations like a certain Nasuverse hater), it isn't wrong to constantly create downgrades for the verse if you think the current stats are wrong.

Its okay but it cant be coincidence, right?
So what if it isn't a coincidence? If they read the profiles and found iffy several different scales, then obviously several CRTs are needed. You can't merge, for example, Dragon Ball's Speed CRT and LS CRT in one unless you want a huge chaos.

You wouldn't be implying that anything is "too obvious" if people made like 5 CRTs to upgrade Dragon Ball in a row if they were well constructed. So why do it with downgrades? I'd maybe agree if we were talking about a niche verse with 2 or 3 supporters and constant discussion would end up causing headache to the few people to support the verse. But a verse as wide as Dragon Ball? C'mon

Hhey... how is haki being existance eraser justified anyway? What's used to prove that? Just that beerus killed a ghost with it? What about for the manga?

If you're talking about the manga, where there's mention of the Hakai affecting the soul, it's in chapter 32 of the manga, where Beerus mentions to Frieza that he's going to destroy his soul.

We gonna ignore that Frieza was dead at this point and from Buu saga we know that killing already dead person makes them vanish?

Beerus himself stated that he would destroy Frieza along with his soul. This is different from being killed after already being dead, because Hakai destroys the soul and one's entire existence it is not the repetitive killing specified in the Buu Saga.

Stop. Prove Beerus was talking about that along with the mechanics of the life and death cycle rather than Hakai just erasing beings entirely like we already KNOW it does. We know what Beerus can do, we know what the move does, and Beerus threatens to ERASE Frieza from existence.

Yes, he would destroy Frieza along with his soul, because this is what happens when you die two times without being revived. He never said he would do that with hakai too. He could do it with normal blast.

Prove he didn't talked about it. Because nothing in manga ever says he can destroy souls. He says he can turn something into nothing and after MATTER is destroyed everything else is released in heaps of energy.

Haha, they already said that his Destruction is the complete erasure of existence, leaving behind absolutely nothing but a void. Therefore, Destruction = Erasure Existence.

You're asking me to prove a negative. There is literally no reason to assume he's talking about the mechanics of the afterlife in his statement about destroying Frieza to the point he can't come back. We have prior history on the ability. Beerus describes what happens after Matter is destroyed entirely, it releases energy. That is a true statement. That is literally the nature of something being destroyed. Being turned from something into nothing. You must have also forgotten that there are multiple applications of Hakai that you can use.
  • "Dust" version which erases the target and does not release heaps of energy.
  • Energy attack version which still erases the target but only will release energy when the Ki attack itself (PoD) detonates, like in the Granolah arc.
  • And the version where no energy projection is needed. You can just target something directly and they then explode when you erase them.
These versions have the same fundamental ability of erasure but are performed in different ways. So no. You are simply wrong. We have a direct statement from Beerus, multiple anime statements (which can first btw), and examples.
