All Purpose Dragon Ball Thread

why is this spanish guide taken so reliably? wasn't it for some figures released in like 2 countries

Pretty sure we've got some problems with the French version of that guidebook mentioning "ten times" to what other version(s) mention just as "several times/many times". So this may be one of that cases too

Yeah, the French Version was found to have this error a lot, so we only really utilize the “original” (Spanish) iteration for most reliable evidence/information.

Does otherworld have time? I remeber goku saying something like “theres time in this world” when he came back jn the buu saga

Yeah. There are several indicators of it having time: Saiyan Saga Goku needing to hurry up to train with Kaio-sama/return back to Earth before saiyans reached it; Buu Saga Kaio-sama claiming the time left for the Budokai tournament to take place & Goku realizing the time for said tournament has come; Whis rewinding time to revive characters who died by the hands of Frieza in RoF (which should've affected the afterlife given souls are sent there when one dies); or just the fact that there is no time dilatation between the Afterlife and the Living Universe, unlike what happens with places with different flow of time like the Room of Time.

Goku must be referring to his body not having concept of time due to it being dead. I.e., time doesn't pass for it. Not the place being timeless entirely

Alright i thought king kai was reading time by watching earth’s time in the saiyan saga but the whis thing makes a lot of sense ty

So I have a question: in the fight against Jiren in the anime, there is like idk 3 seconds of Goku hitting Jiren and putting some "heat" on him, with Jiren seemingly grunting in pain. Could that be "enough" for some Heat Manipulation (combat-applicable)?

the imgur is broken for me nvm it finally loaded nvm it unloaded

my friend hates goku with such a passion (he didn't even watch DB) because he likes saitama

as if its mutually exclusive to like em

seems a bit iffy imo since its just ss it just looks like they are punching eachother. though he did create a galaxy...
In any case, that would be minor yeah, but since you have the SFX, the sound, and technically Jiren grunting, I assumed it could give something, but it's fine if not.

because dragon ball is allowed zero inconsistencies for infinite or Immeasurable speed

someone needs to say goku moved at Immeasurable speed then directly link our immeasurable speed standards for it to be accepted
Wait so the DBS universe is accepted as Infinite?

Personally speaking, Ki already have heat so everyone who withstand Ki blast also withstand its Heat, so heat should be combat applicable, it seems that Ki user can resist heat from Ki attacks and Jiren get hurt from UI Goku Ki is because Goku Ki is stronger

Can we use DBZ Kakarot cutscene feats for manga? I mean, I want to calc Frieza destroying Vegeta from the game, would it apply to manga?

Hey, was the shot from Jaco’s ship that made a blast about the size of the Moon and caused ripples across Earth ever calc’d? Given that no weapon the Galactic Patrol has affects the Saiyans, this would be relevant in scaling Low-Class Saiyans and Saiyan Saga era fighters.

And Gohan doesn't create any scaling holes because he dodged it (and makes no statement on his ability to survive, so all we have to analyze is the feat itself), and was suppressing himself (as he often does in the Great Saiyaman costume).

No..? If anything there should just be a profile for kakarot characters (mira and towa upscaling the verse)

I have a question. Shouldn't Jiren get NPI since he could "physically" break free from Hit's Time Cage?
