How are those statements more reliable..? Those are statements by the characters themselves that could be taken as pure hyperbole. Kid buu would destroy the universe overtime not in one blow. Frieza’s destroy the universe thing was a narrator statement which isnt really taken into account as evidence on this site. Cell can be taken as pure hyperbole. Theres no supporting evidence for any of these characters in the manga while beerus and goku have a direct statement from the elder kai, someone who oversees the universe and can understand the level of beerus’ power better than anyone (except whis ofc), and showing of the shockwaves traversing the universe.
