All Purpose Dragon Ball Thread

I won't cuz it's illogical, BoG manga doesn't has feats and only one statement(character's opinion that turns out to be a lie), but got accepted when Frieza and others with better statements and kinda feats(Genkidama from the entire universe) don't.
Ad hominem tu quoque. Also that bog statement is perfectly fine, it refers to a direct physical action the characters are performing, and that if they continue it will lead to the universes destruction, which is why earth wasn't destroyed instantly.

Yeah surely Goku and Beerus should have nuked earth and everyone inside it, effectively ending the series there, Mgebrat is so right bro.🙏🙏🙏
They could use the same tactic as anime used(shockwaves gets stronger with distance) making this logical, but no. And the same logic can be used for DBZ
Though I am curious about this. Where the F*** was this stated in manga? Please show me because i quick-checked manga and haven't seen it.
They didn't get stronger with distance as in anime, then they are getting weaker as shockwaves work
Show me your glorious king Kid Buu doing same thing 🗣️🔊🔊🔊
Even Vegeta and Zarbon pulled out better feat, they atleast damaged an enviroment with a shockwave

Old Kai's statement never got contradictory so why are you saying it's a lie?
He's saying "at this rate the entire universe is gonna be destroyed", then we see Goku and Beerus fighting at full power until Goku gets excausted. They didn't use anything to make their clash not destructive(as if it even damaged a human, lol) unlike in anime, so Kaioshin straight up lied about the universe being destroyed or he was just wrong. He even made this statement from nothing, those shockwaves didn't even damage an average human on the Earth
💔💔💔. Let's make Demon King Piccolo High 3-A, he has infinite power statement.
Not this high, hyperboles are still hyperboles and it was just his opinion, which turns out wrong

It continued their clash and everything was fine. Their shockwave couldn't even damage a human, which makes it so weak they'd need millions of years to destroy the Earth at this rate.

Or more logically their clashes would just progressed until they do actual damage, the first showing was just a showing for range. I'm so sure the manga had a knowledgable character say this for absolutely no reason

And where is it stated or shown that their clash would progressed until they do real damage? Because in manga they fought on full power until the end and nothing was damaged, which makes Kaioshin words wrong
Character said it could happen, but in reality it didn't even though nothing prevent it from not happening, which makes his words falls

Yeah, Beerus and Goku was fighting at full power(at this rate) but didn't do a thing
Because if they continued the universe would literally get destroyed.

You cannot deny lmfao, either way it was about complete destruction of the universe so your point about "didn't do a thing" is moot.

Bro is downplaying bog feat to push his fireza universal agenda

Insane
Also kinda weird psychology he is making. He is downplaying a better feat to make his universe statements of Frieza (which are worse and more hyperbole) getting accepted? What kind of logic is that?

Like why are you dragging a feat down instead of pushing the one you want be higher?

And how do you know it? Omg, from a STATEMENT, not a FEAT

Nah, it's more like "If Frieza cannot be universal then no one can be"

Because in manga it's not a feat, it's a statement

...Via reading? It isn't hard to understand it. Do not mess with Dragon Balls, we can't read

At this rate: Uses from a prediction of something unwelcome outcome if things go as they are.

So if Goku and Beerus continued to fight the shockwaves would destroy the universe.

Like dude, manga happened after anime BoG which is basically 1:1 adaptation of it. Arguing BoG feat of manga is not universal is straight up false because you are going against the narrative.

It's a FEAT AND STATEMENT by the way.

The statement isnt contradicted so the statement still holds weight. Elder kai is a reliable source as not only can he oversee the entire universe he can also sense lord beerus and goku’s power and the destruction of the macrocosm. What you’re basically saying is we cant use any statements and only feats

Hardly, those shockwaves didn't even damage humans, to detsroy the universe they'd need to be septillions times stronger

Manga started earlier and when Bog fight ended in the anime it was only started to heating up. So it's this argument is false.
And there is no feat. Otherwise show me where Goku and Beerus shook/destroy/shattered the universe

Not exactly, I'm trying to point to the fact DBZ era characters could destroy the universe too via more reliable statements than in BoG manga.

How are those statements more reliable..? Those are statements by the characters themselves that could be taken as pure hyperbole. Kid buu would destroy the universe overtime not in one blow. Frieza’s destroy the universe thing was a narrator statement which isnt really taken into account as evidence on this site. Cell can be taken as pure hyperbole. Theres no supporting evidence for any of these characters in the manga while beerus and goku have a direct statement from the elder kai, someone who oversees the universe and can understand the level of beerus’ power better than anyone (except whis ofc), and showing of the shockwaves traversing the universe. If anything what you’re doing is trying to nuke dragon ball super manga down to 4A if you’re saying that beerus and goku’s fest isnt uni
