You should specify which All Might you're using. Because SBA says it's High 7-A vs Low 7-C.

This is pretty good.
Both are mostly evenly matched, but I'll vote Superman since he's more versatile than his opponent (Heat Vision, Energy Manipulation) and has Regenerationn, which All Might seemingly doesn't have.
(I'm assuming he is using Low-7C All Might.)
