Alien X power/tier upgrade (and durability question)

1. Why is his durabiltiy likely Unvirsal? He clearly survived it without even getting a scratch.

2. Why is he regarded as Low 2-C, shouldn't he just be 2-C? I mean going off the that fact he made a Universe without even barely trying, so if we go off of that, his full power should easily be above Universal, if we go by the wiki (which is somewhat inaccurate) it still says his can warp reality, time and space to any leve he wishes (doubt it), but of course the wiki won't make false claims, unless they have something to go off of. IIRC Serena and Bellicus said that Alien X has unlimited power, and can do a lot of things, also if creating a Universe is regarded as breaking the law according to Celestialsapiens, his full power should be much much stronger.

no it wouldn't increase his current tier but a possibly higher can be placed next to his DC as we don't know his full power and would be straight speculation after that

"Possibly higher" seems perfectly fine, but as Darkness said, anything beyond what's been shown is too speculative to be certain.

2. He made a Universe while apparently barely even trying. We cannot apply a NLF to accept "unlimited power" at face value. I suppose, "At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-C" rating would be appropriate.

bruh im gonna be blunt their is no maybe. Low 2C to 2C is in Alien X's case is only around 1 to 3 universes. 2B is 1001 and infinite amount of universes.
