Ben 10: Few fixed for celestial sapiens.

As we can see that in his very first appearance, Alien X fixed the Dam without even asking ben or having any type of discussion with him. Also that Serena and Bellicus are one with authority regarding Alien X, Ben is nothing more than mere reason of voice with no power to contribute in any of celestial sapiens actions, such as we saw when Alien X created the Universe, Ben only convinced them to do smth but had no hands in doing it.

Even Serena stated that they both needs to agree on smth and it'll be done. A seconded from Serena Bellicus is all needed, not Ben. We also know that they don't discuss how something has to be done but only "what needs to be done" as we saw them creating Universe in order to fix it, reversing time in order to save ppls, etc. as long as they want, it'll done.
So following note:

Weaknesses: Alien X needs to wait for his three personalities to make a decision before he can do anything, though this weakness disappeared in Omniverse. Other members of his species will punish him if they go against the Multiverse Preservation Act. Susceptible to Energy and Life Absorption.

Weaknesses: Alien X needs to wait for both of his main personalities (Serena, Bellicus) to make decision before he can do anything, also do note that they do what needs to be done in an instant without discussing how it needs to be done, as long as they both want to do it, though this weakness disappeared in Omniverse.
