good match up, but as long as speed remains unequal rath blitzes, with speed equal, rath has the intelligence, expierience and lifting strength advantage, but incineroar takes AP, durability, versatlity, and can lower rath's physical stats.

Nah Incineroar scales to Solar Beam I think and is just under half the speed of light, while Rath is 1.3 times the speed of light, this is most certainly not enough to blitz.

ok not a blitz but rath has the intelligence, expierience, speed and lifting strength advantage. the rest stays the same whether speed is equal or not.

I wouldn't be so sure about intelligence and experience, after all Rath has below average intelligence on his profile, Is enraged most of the time and we don't know how old the Incineroar is that Rath has to face. Lifting strenght advantage is true however Incineroar has several ways to amp himself and decrease Rath's stats on top of already having an AP advantage. My vote is on Incineroar.

he´s not very intelligent in the traditional sense (he´s actually kind of a moron.) but when it comes to fight he´s pretty damn good, if i remeber correctly he´s one of the better fighter´s even among his own battle obssesed species, and he somehow manages to get out of any situation alive regardless of how stupid the stunt he just pulled is. and wild pokemon are essentialy just wild animal´s most of them aren´t especially intelligent. (there are exception´s like alakazam.)

Same could be said about Incineroar, he's an expert wrestler after all. If this was Negative Ultimate Rath stuff would be different, but here Incineroar has the range, AP and hax (changing stats) advantage + has a Z-move vs Rath's lifting strenght advantage...
