Alice's Shin Megami Tensei's tier change

For her Mainline Shin Megami Tensei key, Alice should be 2-A since she is more powerful than 2-A characters like Belial (Shin Megami Tensei) and Nebiros (Shin Megami Tensei) who are 2-A.

So, this proposal is to remove the scaling from the 2-C characters and make Alice's Shin Megami Tensei's 2-C tier into 2-A.

On the second point, I think her second key should be removed since it is redundant and based around the idea of boss orders for demons being valid which were disagreed for powerscaling since boss order id largely inconsistents.
