Round 1: Direct confrontatio

One on one match. No prior knoweledge. No prep time.

Round 2: Indirect confrontatio

They both breed their very own armies to fight each other. They have a full year of prep time and basic knoweledge on each other.

Round 3: CQC

They're not allowed to use their exotic powers this particular round. Barefist Hand to hand combat only.

Hmm... Kinda hard to tell but honestly leaning on Alex Mercer due to consumption on Round 2. For the other two I'm not so sure but even then I side with Alex. Been awhile Dygo.

I don't think we do "stats equalized" matches. Also, if they are not allowed to use their unique powers, wouldn't this be an City-Island level boxing match? This match is a stomp without equalization, but is pointless and is basically a coinflip equalized.
