I don't really think Mercer can do anything here. Kakine at this point isn't made up of organic matter at all so almost all of Mercer's abilities are rendered useless by that alone. Plus Kakine's beyond subatomic level matter breakdown attack is beyond Mercer's capability to regenerate.

Kakine is literally mercer but better none of mercers abilities will work and kakine flicks his wrist and breaks mercer down on the quantum level. This is the definition of stomp
