Alduin vs The Worm in Waiting

Basically for Acausality

The worm is the "cause" of time anomilies, which are why it exists, the "effect". But nothing created it. It literally loops itself into existence.
 
He has affected abstract beings before. And his Void Manipulation isn't temporal in nature.
