"to focus his vision of the universal time"
Means he can see into what's happening across space and time. The eye gave him Cosmic Awareness.

Just means that he can warp space and time.

Just means he ruled over the universe.

Yeah. I'm not saying he should be low 2-C or something, but if he has this scale of influence, should be and people scaled to him have "Possibly higher" or something? Since 4-A doesn't seem like the limit of his influence.

See? This is why I am kinda iffy on scaling Zeus to Odin, Ra and Vishnu. the shit Cronus does is was above the curve.

To be fair, there isn't really a curve to go by, since most gods don't do anything and are only seen or mentioned once.

That's been discussed. It's never stated how he removed it, if he did it with tech or what timeframe he did it in. It just seems to vague to use.
