Akoya Seishu Vs Punisher (Marvel Comics)

Does Akoya have his vigilante armor? (we should add that to his optional equipment btw).
Anyway, I think this is a tough match. Punsiher is decent in hand to hand combat, usually being able to overpower other trained humans and occasionally being able to throw down with the likes of Daredevil and Bullseye, but those moments are few and far between. He mostly relies on weapons and his scary good aim to take on most opponents.
With his range advantage given with SBA, Akoya's gonna have a hard time getting in close to do any damage. Punisher a great shot, usually keeping h2h combat masters like Daredevil and Hand ninjas at bay with his weapons mastery.
Akoya does have some room to dodge, and the building they're in will likely give cover.
The question is, can Akoya keep his cool long enough to get in close and take Frank down, or does Frank use his shooting skills to gun Akoya down before he gets a chance.

Potentially Akoya might also have a Riot shield for his weapon since it's implied he used it in the past before. That's gonna be a bit of an issue if he's allowed that.

If Akoya is nearly guaranteed a win when he gets in close and turns the battle into a fist fight then I'd vote for him. His reactions are literally god tier in Kengan and he has reacted to bullets shot at point blank range so I don't think Frank would be landing any solid hits. Maybe a few glancing hits if he's lucky but that won't stop Akoya. Akoya takes this mid to high diff.
