You have to at least be Supersonic+ (anything exceeding the Sound Barrier) for the build-up of kinetic energy to create a Shockwave IIRC.
It's not really about strength tbh. But I guess you could say you need the strength to survive breaking the sound barrier and the strength to do so lmao.
