Cecil should have access to his 9-A spells too, since Aio's telekinesis is 9-A. Also where is this match taking place? Because Aio kinda needs things to chuck at Cecil with telekinesis...

I decided to lock Cecil's 9-A spell (its basiacally just fireball) because Aio has 9-C durability and Cecil has 9-B durability.

It kinda gives them both 1 shot potential to make the battle a bit more fair.

Also I'll change the place of the battle to a rocky wasteland probably. Think a DBZ style wasteland with rocks all over the place.
