"several hundreds of meters with spells" is what it says about him right now. I believe the reason he froze the lizardmen's lake was to test the range of his spells, and it managed to freeze the whole lake Solid.
The Lake in question's size: "This enormous lake had a radius of approximately twenty kilometers, and was shaped like an inverted calabash, divided into the upper lake and the lower lake"
So the range of his spell was approximately 40 Kilometers. I think that is a bit more than 100's of meters. Also, Ainz used divination and teleportation spells and their range has been much higher (although they weren't combat spells necessarily).
I think we could also agree that his Iä Shub-Niggurath had a range of at least a Kilometer, being that it killed 30,000 (?) people instantly and they were a significant distance away from him.
Overall, I believe Ainz can cast offensive spells at least 5km away (within his vision) as a baseline but can cast spells tens or hundreds of km away depending on the nature of the spell, so circumstantially. Tell me if I'm off the mark
