Does this count as aimdodging or not?


This is it frame by frame, I can't tell if Hange's head is in front of the barrel or has already moved to the side

Hange moved to the side by the time the trigger was pulled. So yes, it's aimdodging.

The flash kind of blocks the view, but it seems more likely she moved to the side just slightly before shot was fired. So Aim dodging it is I'd say.

And if its this unclear I wouldnt use it

Remember, burden of proof is to prove it wasnt aim dodged

That is not aimdodging no, she blatantly moved after the gun was fired.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say yes, this is indeed aim-dodging, since she is already to the far side when the muzzle flash originates.

Only way this was gonna be legit was if she was in front of the gun while the muzzle flash went off at the same time.
