Afro samurai not fully scaled?

Hello, I wanted to make a discussion. VS battle wiki put's Afro Samurai as Subsonic because he was able to cut a bullet. I don't find this satisfactory at all, we know in multiple instances he is able to reflect laser Beams picture of it being laser beam I know this at least needs to be well above subsonic or even relativistic, he spends a few moments to react to this laser beam. here is the distance distance
Does anyone know how I can find the distance for this feat? I want to make sure the speed feat is above subsonic
