"You have a global positional system anyway to clarify you want to put slopes on the armor to reflect attacks aren't you his torso can't you already do that." I ask.

"You have a global positional system anyway to clarify you want to put slopes on the armor to reflect attacks aren't you his torso can't you already do that." I ask.
"Well no one's using the armor, so why not?" says Okane as he adds the moving parts to the pieces "And besides, it's better to be safe than sorry. You have to be prepared, being "enough" doesn't qualify to what is about to happen. We're about to fight monsters far above out league, and even if we argue that they're weaker than us, that could be used as an exploit and they would gain a higher advantage. I'm simply preparing for the worse, that's all" he explains

"By breaking the armor around the least protected part of the body." I ask.
"I'm not necessarily doing that, I'm using the most redundant parts of the armor to the barrier. My rubber armor is incomplete because it lacks another material. I could still protect the torso and also protect the rest of my body while doing so. Besides, a parasite slowly spreads throughout the hosts body. Soon enough, I'll spread throughout Momoku's body and the torso weakness will subside." Okane calmly responds, his expressionless face as he assembles the pieces.

"Based on the previous events, I concluded that the compass barrier doesn't reflect as Momoku intended. This applied with Elide as well as she is physically strong to somewhat bypass it. I plan on using the scraps and attaching it to my armor to reduce the weight and using the left over and modifying it by adding moving parts, so that I can apply it to my barrier. And by Asim changing the composition of the scraps into Graphene, it should perform a lot better, since it spreads the kinetic energy of a projectile" Okane explains
(cough cough Graphene was discovered in the 21st century cough)

(Well you do you bud, we can even make a bootleg vibranium here, just don't make it too OP)
(Rubber Polythermite is good for projectiles not close range blows, but combining it with pure rubber as an added layer, which deflects close-ranged attack but is weak against long range, both can work in harmony to deflect both close and long range attacks. The catch is that if the attack is piercing, then there's a high chance of it breaking)

Still within Beongae's meditation...

The shadow counteracts the palm strike by moving out of the way slightly. As he does so, he swiftly grabs his arm, preparing a lock to try and break it. However, Beongae jumped up as it occurred, kicking off the shadow in an attempt to free himself. When both got up after the hold and the hold escape, they reassumed their stances, approaching each other slowly.

The shadow attempts a low sweep, but Beongae evades it. Swiftly, he steps forward, raising his left leg at lightning speeds to launch a swift kick to the face. Following the strike to the shadow's face, he immediately throws a punch aimed for the stomach of the shadow. However, the shadow recovered fast enough to block the attack, albeit taking a few steps back in the process. Staying on the offensive, he attacks the shadow with a meia lua de compasso, followed immediately by a 540 kick. Beongae would continue with a double-handed palm strike as well, followed by a left hook. The shadow had taken the previous blows, but had managed to recover fast enough to duck under the hook, standing and immediately launching a kick toward the right side of Beongae's body. The kick was blocked, but left him wide open to a knee attack from the shadow directly in his face. Beongae stumbled back, but fortunately gained his footing fast enough to avoid the roundhouse kick that followed it.

Okane began calculating. His mind is that of a supercomputer in layman's terms, with him recalibrating them.

The first iterations of the calculations became a liability due to the addition of a brand new variable, which is the armor scraps. Knowing all the skills of his teammates, with the exception of Beongae which has now became the first priority, Okane created a new plan named: "Project Achilles" - a plan that involves analyzing mobile targets and finding their weakpoints, which is a callback to Momoku's fight against Elide.

With the inclusion of the armor and the distribution of the materials towards the barrier, it now allows him to deflect both close and long range attacks. But with it, comes the alarming increase on the calculation process.

Although Okane could calculate by himself, Momoku is the one who did most of the fighting, while he focuses on the defense but one could work on both with the other either separating from him or doing other task besides the aforementioned.

The others could see the notebook opened, looking at it are pages filled with more complex calculations.

It was extremely complicated.

Okane is about done adding the moving parts, being extremely intricate as to not mess it up, which will affect the written calculations. Drake was right, he does have GPS and has no need for the armor, but Okane tried to think how Momoku did and came up with the conclusion he had They are not settling for something "enough". To them, they must be prepared for anything, even if said scenario is a small percent.

"I really stopped putting importance on him since we met him" Sofia says since she never understood anything of Okane's words
Okane ignored them as he finished making the modified armor and puts it on.
"There, its all done" says Okane as he activates the compass barrier, now appearing as a big orang and black sphere around him that revolves around like a planet.
(I'll be sleeping after this post, timezones. ¯\ಠ_/¯)

"Then lets move already, i didnt punch anyone in a while and my fists are hungry for some violence if we cross on the way something"

Said Elide as she caught her fist in the palm, eager for some action

Beongae stumbled back, but fortunately gained his footing fast enough to avoid the roundhouse kick that followed it.
Leaning forward, Beongae immediately launched another double palm strike to the side of the shadow, knocking him off balance. He launched another left hook to try and continue the offensive barrage, but it was evaded by the shadow, who promptly followed with a left hook of his own. It had connected, and the shadow launched a punch toward the side of Beongae's body. It was just narrowly blocked, pushing Beongae back a little. He then shifted his footing slightly, allowing him to avoid a punch in the drunken fist style. This specific strike left the shadow's back exposed for a brief second, allowing Beongae to capitalize with another double palm strike. The shadow staggered back a few steps, and Beongae swiftly closed the gap and struck him again with an axe kick followed immediately by another 540 kick into a negativa before delivering a sweep to knock him off balance with the opposite leg. The shadow didn't fall, but his balance was slightly disrupted. Regaining composure, the shadow blocked the right and left jabs delivered by Beongae. Unfortunately for the shadow, Beongae launched another sweep, but this time, from a standing position, greatly disrupting the balance of the shadow. As the shadow rises to his feet, he rotates, using his elbow to hit Beongae in his side, knocking him backwards. Beongae blocks a second elbow strike, evading the shadow's own 540 kick. Beongae springs up, launching a swift barrage of chain punches toward the shadow's backside, swiftly leaning back and attacking the shadow with another axe kick. The shadow rotates enough to successfully block as Beongae leaps upward, attempting to strike him in the face with a knee before ducking another hook from Beongae. The shadow returns the favor, launching a hook with his left hand that is swiftly blocked. Beongae is pushed back a little, but turns and evades an incoming jab directed toward his solar plexus, as well as a knee strike that followed immediately after. Beongae then lowers his body slightly, delivering a spinning hook kick toward the back of the shadow's head. The kick goes through the shadow's skull, reducing his head to nothing more than black smoke. It isn't long before the rest of his body follows suit, and the infinite void where this battle has taken place glows brighter.

"And the shadow of yesterday passes, revealing the light of a new day."

Beongae's eyes opened after those words were spoken in his mind. He gave the first exhale since beginning his meditation, rising to his feet after besting the shadow of yesterday, himself just a day prior. He looks around at the rest of the group before grabbing his staff once again. At this point, he merely waited to see what the plan was. Though he had been passively listening during his meditation, as the spar began, his focus shifted greatly, only allowing him to get a few words here and there on the off-chance one was spoken during any of their slower attacks.

"Let's go" says Okane, disabling the barrier, as he went on with his group and called Beongae to catch up

As you all traveled, you once again encountered the forest. The giant wolves seemed to be somewhat of a repellent for monsters, after all, they're definitely more intimidating than any of you based on appearance alone. Without those hanging around you, you found much more of the natural wildlife, plenty of little...whatever Deon was, were sleeping in the trees. There were birds flying through the sky ranging from normal to somewhat humanoid, although, that would just be an inference from such a distance as this from the sky. That being said, you've all gone further than before and done so peacefully, once you traveled further within the forest there was a note on the ground, which simply read:

"Dear weirdos,

You can imagine how giant wolves can scare someone out of their mind. I'm in a nearby city, by Finjeng's Tower, feel free to come by."

Followed by a sloppy "Cass".

"Jinfeng's Tower..." Beongae said after reading the note, "I know the way there."

Beongae led the way, guiding the group back to his home city, and near Jinfeng's Tower.
Okane observes the background and preemptively activates "Reflect", but appears slightly different. Instead of a opaque Black and Orange sphere, it now resembles a grey smoke, meaning he prioritizes the size and stealthiness of the barrier for a slight downgrade of defense.

"So this is the place.... " he mutters

"That freaking woman...."

Commented Elide before burning it with a little finger blast of energy towards the note

You made it to another town, it wasn't as prestigious, but you could say Jinfeng's Tower was a spectacle.

"Hey, you made it!" She said, approaching Beongae to lightly pat him on the back, and just as she raised her hand, she saw the two wolves... "Remarkable...not attacking or anything, you people have certainly done quite the work on them. Nice jobs."

And it wasn't long before she noticed the numbers of the group were larger, Okane being the only unfamiliar face. He seemed to look like he was either suspicious or just really interested in the place. "It's just a restaurant, man." She said, but upon glancing at Beongae again, something came back to her memory. "You know what, I take that back, not just a restaurant, it's also a uh...a dojo or whatever you call it. Those cool training places, it looks really fun. Did you know staff-man over here could cook?" She noted, pointing at Beongae.
