Ngl, I feel like Cyn should win. I'm looking at the Malware's profile and his only possible advantage is Hacking/Technology/Energy Absorbtion. Cyn just kinda out-haxes them by a longshot.

From his fights as his Third Form, Malware starts by shooting his Tachyon Cannon which could disrupts every individual cell on a sub-cellular level and, if Malware manages to get his grip on Cyn, could try draining her energy to the point of rendering her lifeless.
Malware also has the ability to merge with and possess any technology by encasing his liquified body over it due to being a Mechamorphs
